Statewide Criminal Search: This database contains statewide and/or county-level current and historical felony and misdemeanor dispositions, including motor vehicle citations of individuals who are or have been under the supervision of the Virginia General District or Circuit Courts since 1993. This jurisdiction provides monthly updates of the most current data available. Note: These records are from all Virginia counties and independent municipalities except: Fairfax--(General District and Circuit Courts) Prince William--(No Circuit Court records) Alexandria--(No Circuit Court records). Fairfax County: Data provided by Fairfax County Clerks Office. Data contains Felony and Misdemeanor cases dating back to 1980. Data can include Offense, Offense Date, Disposition, Disposition Date, and Degree of Offense. Updated Monthly.

Virginia Sex Offender: Contains information on convicted sex offenders, including 16,473 photos. Data also includes crimes against minors. This data does not contain DOB; however, the age of the offender is included. Updated Monthly.

County Criminal Search: A search of Superior and Municipal Court records in the county selected will show all felony or misdemeanor filings within the last seven years. Included will be any charges filed, the dates filed, the level of charges, disposition date and final disposition.
