Utah Criminal Records Check is a comprehensive search which includes ALL the following for $31:

Statewide Criminal Search: Utah Admin Office of the Courts contains all historical data from 1996 (with some courts not coming online in Utah until 1997) to present for all criminal convictions. Data can include Case Number, Disposition, Disposition Date, File Date, Offense, Degree of Offense, and Statute. Updated Monthly.

Utah Dept of Corrections: Corrections records of Utah statewide felony and gross misdemeanor records on persons found guilty and sentenced to serve time and/or subsequent probation in a state penal institution. Includes probation and parole information where applicable. Records on approximately 200,000 persons dating to 1986. Results show defendant name, DOB, race, sex, sentence date, offense description, disposition date, case number, county of disposition, sentence. Records updated quarterly.

Utah Sex Offender Registry: Persons who have either been convicted of or entered a plea in abeyance to certain sex offenses. Data may include offense, degree of offense, conviction date and photo of individual. Updated Monthly.

County Criminal Search: A search of Superior and Municipal Court records in the county selected will show all felony or misdemeanor filings within the last seven years. Included will be any charges filed, the dates filed, the level of charges, disposition date and final disposition.

OFAC Terrorist Watch Database: The Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) of the U.S. Department of the Treasury administers and enforces economic and trade sanctions based on US foreign policy and national security goals against targeted foreign countries, terrorists, international narcotics traffickers, and those engaged in activities related to the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction. Terrorist Database consists of those the United States Government considers a threat and has placed them on what is termed the Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) and Blocked Persons List. Also on that list are organizations, corporations, merchant vessels and more.

Criminal Profiler: State of the art technology will verify the name and SSN match, and provides up to date information on a person's name, aliases, and addresses that can date back thirty (30) years.
