New Jersey Criminal Records Check is a comprehensive search which includes ALL the following for $34:

Statewide Criminal Search: Superior Court records of statewide felony cases disposed since 1994. Results include case #, name, DOB, charges, sentence date. Records updated monthly.

Department of Corrections: Records of statewide felony convictions of persons incarcerated in all state facilities since 2000, including those who have been released or paroled. Results show defendant name, DOB, sex, offense description, case #, county of offense, sentence date and release or parole date. Records updated semi-annually (July & December).

Sex Offender Registry: Includes information pertaining to sex offenders determined to pose a relatively high risk of re-offense (tier 3 offenders) and, with certain exceptions, information about sex offenders found to pose a moderate risk of re-offense (tier 2 offenders). The registry excludes any information about offenders determined to present a low risk of re-offense (tier 1 offenders). Offenses include: aggravated sexual assault; sexual assault; aggravated criminal sexual contact; endangering the welfare of a child by engaging in sexual conduct which would impair or debauch the morals of the child; luring or enticing and, if the victim were a minor and the offender not a parent, kidnapping; criminal restraint and false imprisonment. Data includes over 1200 photos. Updated Monthly.

County Criminal Search: A search of Superior and Municipal Court records in the county selected will show all felony or misdemeanor filings within the last seven years. Included will be any charges filed, the dates filed, the level of charges, disposition date and final disposition.

OFAC Terrorist Watch Database: The Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) of the U.S. Department of the Treasury administers and enforces economic and trade sanctions based on US foreign policy and national security goals against targeted foreign countries, terrorists, international narcotics traffickers, and those engaged in activities related to the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction. Terrorist Database consists of those the United States Government considers a threat and has placed them on what is termed the Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) and Blocked Persons List. Also on that list are organizations, corporations, merchant vessels and more.

Criminal Profiler: State of the art technology will verify the name and SSN match, and provides up to date information on a person's name, aliases, and addresses that can date back thirty (30) years.
