Montana Criminal Records Check is a comprehensive search which includes ALL the following for $41:

Statewide Criminal Search: This database contains offenders who are incarcerated at Montana State Prison, Montana Women's Prison, a regional prison, or a county jail awaiting transfer to a prison since 1994. Inmates are either offenders who have been sentenced to serve their time in prison by the district court, parole violators whose parole has been revoked by the Board of Pardons and Parole, probation violators whose probation has been revoked by the district court, or Department of Corrections commitments where the department has determined that prison is appropriate placement for their sentence. Sex Offender Registry: Contains records dating back to 1989 of over 2500 sexual and violent offenders. Data can contain offense, address, risk level, offender type, and photo. Updated Monthly.

County Criminal Search: A search of Superior and Municipal Court records in the county selected will show all felony or misdemeanor filings within the last seven years. Included will be any charges filed, the dates filed, the level of charges, disposition date and final disposition.

OFAC Terrorist Watch Database: The Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) of the U.S. Department of the Treasury administers and enforces economic and trade sanctions based on US foreign policy and national security goals against targeted foreign countries, terrorists, international narcotics traffickers, and those engaged in activities related to the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction.
